Performer’s Way Workshop

“Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.” -Author unknown

Performer’s Way TM is a three day interactive workshop that will help performers overcome barriers they may experience in auditions, rehearsals, and on stage. By learning concepts and principles in positive psychology, flow psychology, and Tai Chi, performers will be given tools to help them break through the physical and psychological barriers that keep them from peak performance.
