CONDUCTORS
Dr. Robert Rustowicz received the doctorate in wind conducting from The Cincinnati College-Conservatory. At UTSA since 1976, he conducts the UTSA Wind Ensemble and teaches conducting and wind literature classes.
Wind Ensemble informationDr. Donald Miller conducts the UTSA Symphonic Band.
Symphonic Band informationMs. Sherry Rubins teaches studio percussion and conducts the UTSA Percussion Ensemble. She is a clinician for Zildjian and Ludwig, and frequently performs with the San Antonio Symphony.
Percussion Ensemble informationUtah Hamrick directs the UTSA Jazz Ensemble, and coordinates the Jazz Combo program.
Jazz Ensemble and Jazz Combo informationDr. Rita Linard conducts the UTSA Flute Ensemble, teaches studio flute and music theory. She holds a doctorate in flute performance from The University of Texas at Austin.
